The Materials Chemistry Laboratory at The University of Texas at Arlington focuses on research on the low-temperature chemical synthesis and control of material composition, structure, and properties through experimental investigations at the atomic scale to mesoscale. Our aim is to elucidate the origins of material properties through the precise synthesis of materials and direct observations of chemical dynamics. Applications include civil infrastructure and biomaterials.
